MV Frisian Sea sailing with VentiFoils

The MV Frisian Sea is sailing with the new wind-assisted propulsion units. The eConowind-units are both integrated in a specially designed Flatrack, from which the VentiFoils can be deployed. The Ventifoils rotate automatically to find the optimal angles relative to the apparent wind. The generated force will be transferred right into the deck and thus helping with propulsion of the vessel.
